TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Silver members will be downgraded to Member if they do not spend at least 6,500 THB within 90 days after their Silver membership period ends. 
   Example: If your Silver membership ends on July 15, 2024, and you do not spend 6,500 THB between July 16, 2024 and October 14, 2024, your membership will be downgraded to Member.

2. Gold members will be downgraded to Silver if they do not spend at least 15,000 THB within 12 months after their Gold membership period ends.
   Example: If your Gold membership ends on July 15, 2024, and you do not spend 15,000 THB between July 16, 2024 and July 16, 2025, your membership will be downgraded to Silver.
   สมาชิก Gold จะถูกลดระดับเป็น Silver หากไม่ใช้จ่ายอย่างน้อย 15,000 บาท ภายใน 12 เดือน หลังจากสิ้นสุดระยะเวลา Gold membership

3. SKX Points can only be earned on purchases made at participating Skechers stores and are calculated based on the total amount after deducting discounts.

4. All SKX Points accumulated between January 1 and December 31 will expire on March 31 of the following year.

5. SKX Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. In case of a return, both SKX Points and vouchers used in the transaction will be deducted and cannot be reinstated or redeemed in any form.

7. To redeem rewards or points, customers are required to present their Member Portal and a valid ID card with a name that matches the one registered in the Member Portal at the cashier counter. Redemption is only available at participating Skechers stores.

8. The program is available only to members aged 18 years or older.

9. Member discounts apply only to regular-priced items and cannot be combined with other promotions.

10. The exclusive Birthday Gift is available to Gold Members only. Each member is entitled to one (1) Birthday Gift per year. To claim the gift, customers must present the voucher at participating Skechers stores.

12. The Welcome Offer is valid for one (1) month from the issue date and can only be redeemed once per member for the lifetime of their membership status. This offer is available to new members only; existing members are not eligible to receive the Welcome Offer.

13. Membership benefits, point accumulation, and rewards are subject to the terms and conditions of each specific promotion and campaign.

14. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Skechers Loyalty Program at any time, with or without prior notice. Any unused points or vouchers will become void upon termination.
