Delivery Times

SKECHERS Online orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays begin processing on the next business day. Shipping notifications are emailed immediately after the order has been shipped.

If you place an order at 2pm or later on a Friday it will not start to process until the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday the order will not start processing until Tuesday.

** Please note, SKECHERS Online only ships within Thailand, we do not ship to International address.

Delivery Charges

We offer FREE standard shipping for order values above $50. A standard shipping charge of $3 will be applied on order values less than $50.

Shipping Notifications

We will send you notifications to keep you up-to-date on where your package is. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message. We’ll also send a notification once your order leaves our warehouse.

How do I check my order status?

To check the status of your SKECHERS Online order please click on "My Orders" at the bottom left side of this page. Sign in to "My Account", your order detail will appear, on this page you can check the status of your order.

Order Status Meanings:
Pending Payment > Order created, edits/updates can be made
Payment Confirmed > In Progress, no changes can be made
Shipped Out > Shipped
Parcel Delivered > Delivered
Order Cancelled > Cancelled

Viewing Your SKECHERS Online Order History

Select the Sign In at the bottom left hand corner of the page and enter your Email and Password. Once logged in, at the left navigation bar and click "My Orders" to view all previous orders.

Tracking Your SKECHERS Online Order

You will be able to check the status of your order, once it has shipped; there is a tracking number provided so you can locate the status of your order. Your tracking number is also included in your shipment confirmation email. All confirmation emails are sent the following morning after an order is completed and picked up by the carrier.

How to Cancel Your SKECHERS Online Order

If you would like to change or cancel your SKECHERS shoe purchase please Contact Us as soon as possible. You only have 2 hours from the time the order is placed to cancel the order

To ensure that packages deliver as quickly as possible, adjustments and cancellations must occur immediately after submitting your order and aren't guaranteed. Please note that changes can't be made if the order is no longer in New status.

Once the order has been processed, you will need to return the original item to obtain a refund and/or place an order for the new product.  Please see our Returns and Exchanges for additional information.

How do I update the shipping address in my SKECHERS Online Order?

If you placed an order on SKECHERS Online and need to update or change the shipping address we suggest cancelling the order and placing a new one with the correct address. You only have 2 hours from the time the order is placed to cancel the order. Contact Us to cancel the order.

Please note, we are unable to change or edit your order once it starts to process. If you send us an email to update or change the shipping address in your order we may not be able to do this before the order starts to process.

What should I do if I am unable to receive the product at the time of delivery?

If you are unable to receive the product at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will try to re-deliver at another date. Please kindly contact us for further assistance.

What should I do if I received the wrong product(s)?

If you placed your order from SKECHERS Online and received the wrong product, please kindly contact us for further assistance.
