Please note that SKECHERS Online does not accept credit/debit cards issued by banks outside Thailand.

Troubleshooting Credit/Debit Card Payment Errors

  • Make sure that the billing information you entered is correct.

  • If you are using a new or recently issued card, please make sure that the card has been activated.

  • We do not accept international credit cards.

  • If you continue to experience an error after following the steps above, please contact your credit card issuer.

Daily Spending Limits for Debit Cards

Most debit and cheque cards have daily spending limits, which may delay the processing of your order even if sufficient funds are available in your account.

If you experience any issues when placing your order, please contact your card-issuing bank for information regarding your daily spending limit.

Account Verification

To prevent delays in processing your order, please make sure that the billing address provided in your order matches the address shown on your bank statement.

If you are unsure of your billing address, please contact your bank directly.

Finding Your Credit Card Security Code

The credit card security code is a unique three- or four-digit number printed on the front of your card for American Express, or on the back of your card for Visa and Mastercard.

Your order cannot be processed without this security code.

Can I Use Two Discount Codes on a SKECHERS Online Order?

Promotional discount codes cannot be combined.

You may use one discount code per SKECHERS Online order.
